What inspired you to start teaching fitness classes?
I started teaching fitness classes to inspire, motivate and share the love of sports and fitness with others. 

How would you describe your teaching style in three words?
Fun, quirky and educational. Some might describe me as Fun, Loud and Direct, LOL

Variety, modifications to meet current abilities and fun

Teaching others, making stuff (3D printing and wood working) and family
