Vinyasa Yoga

The best way to start your day! This class begins with dynamic stretching, then builds into a vinyasa flow where breath and movement connect through smooth, strengthening sequences. We end with a restful pose to reset and restore. All levels welcome; a perfect space to grow your practice and reconnect with your body.

Sculpt and Flow

A feel-good fusion of strength, movement, and mindful release. This session starts with gentle warm-ups and builds into playful sculpting sequences that use breath, repetition, and dynamic flow to spark heat and joy from the inside out.
Expect moments of challenge, bursts of energy, and plenty of encouragement as you shake out stress and tune into what your body can do. We end with a sweet, grounding cool-down that leaves you light, open, and empowered.

Lyrical Flow Yoga

Have you attended a yoga class where the instructor's words are as meaningful as the movement? If not, this is the class...led by Joy Lab's beloved power yoga instructor, Courtney intentionally slows things down—offering accessible, feel-good movement paired with grounding breath and thoughtful guidance. Expect a gentle flow, supportive options, and words that resonate long after you leave the mat. You’ll walk out feeling calmer, lighter, and ready to take on the weekend.

Restorative Yoga

Slow down and melt into support. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and straps, this class restores both body and mind. With gentle assists and guided relaxation, you’ll feel nurtured and renewed.

Chair Yoga

A gentle, accessible yoga practice done while seated or using a chair for support. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone with balance or mobility limitations. This class improves flexibility, circulation, and posture through mindful movement and breathwork — no need to get down on the floor. One class, 3 forms of movement! Join Sydney for this "WERQ Like a Boss" class where you’ll start with 20 minutes of WERQ dance cardio then move into strength training, and finish with mobility work. The perfect full-body session that leaves you feeling strong, confident, and full of joy!

Barre Fitness

A fun, feel-good blend of strength, balance, and tiny muscle-burning movements that deliver big results. Set to upbeat music, this class sculpts your body, improves posture, and leaves you walking out feeling strong, lifted, and a little bit unstoppable.

Tai Chi

Often called “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi is a graceful, flowing practice of slow, gentle movements paired with mindful breathing. Perfect for all ages and abilities, this class enhances balance, coordination, and calm focus. Tai Chi helps harmonize your chi — your body’s natural life energy — leaving you centered, healthy, and at ease. Regular practice improves posture, joint mobility, and longevity. This movement occurs while standing.

Sound Bath

“Bathe” in blissful sounds and soothing vibrations that calm your nervous system and quiet your mind. You’ll rest on a cozy mat as crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs create a deeply restorative experience. No movement required — just breathe, relax, and receive. This experience does not involve water or bathing suits.

Release & Restore

Release and Restore is a series of classes targeting a specific body area to release discomfort and restore circulation, energy flow and alignment. Using the practices of Yoga, Pilates, Block Therapy and Lymphatic Flow, frozen tissue is identified, released and restored. You will feel amazing at the end of each session.
