Courtney Sturm
In 2013, I was inspired to start teaching yoga because of the profound impact it had on my own life. Yoga helped me connect to my body, heart, and inner self in a way I’d never experienced before. It brought me healing, joy, and a deeper sense of self-love, and I wanted to help others experience that too. My goal as a teacher is to guide students toward discovering their own strength, joy, and the deeper meaning yoga can bring to life- both on and off the mat.

200 HR Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), 20-Hour Anatomy Training, Meditation Certification from The Chopra Center
What can people expect when they take your classes?
My hope is that you leave class not just feeling worked out, but worked in- grounded, clear, and more at home in your body. Each class is guided by breath, presence, and a heart-centered theme that encourages you to step out of your head, into your heart, and honor yourself exactly as you are.
What brings you JOY?
Laughing and connecting with friends and family, savoring every moment with my precious baby boy, and spending time in the beauty of nature.
